Floss Band HMS FB03 Grey

The HMS FB03 Grey Floss Bandage is a special bandage for improving joint function and increasing joint mobility, reducing swelling, restoring free gliding between tissue surfaces and increasing blood flow to a specific area of the body.

Using the HMS FB03 Grey Floss Tape is very simple, just wrap the tape around a specific place: joint or muscle and start making active or passive movements or movements that will contract and stretch a specific muscle. When wrapping the band, try to keep about 70% of its tension. Wrapping too loosely will not work and wrapping too tightly can cause injury.

The HMS FB03 Grey Floss Band can also be used for occlusive training, in which we block the blood supply to the muscle it exercises, making it hypoxic. Thanks to such training, we can achieve muscle hypertrophy using only 20 to 50% of maximum weight.
