How to place an order:

The visitors of www.sport-mag.eu have at their disposal three ways to place an order, namely:

Order without account - Choose the desired product by clicking "Add to cart" and change the quantity, if you want more products. Also, if you want to buy something else, click the "continue shopping" button or, if you're done, click the "complete order" button. In the order completion page you will fill in the boxes with your personal data. Fields marked with * are mandatory. If you want the invoice for the company, please fill in the fields from the "Legal person" section. Choose the delivery method and the payment method. Check that in the shopping list you have all the products you wanted to buy and check the quantities again. Before sending the order, we recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions. You will not be able to send the order without checking the box accepting these terms and conditions. By pressing the "Confirm order" button you will receive by e-mail the confirmation of the order.

In-store authentication- Add the desired product to the cart, according to the steps above, select the "In-store authentication" option, fill in the fields for the email address and password, select LOG IN and then choose the payment and delivery method. At the end, press the "Confirm order" button.

Create account: Add the product to the cart, select the "Create account" option, in case you are not already registered on our website and fill in the form with your personal data. Select the payment and delivery method, and at the end press the "Confirm order" button. You will receive by email a registration confirmation message and a confirmation link through which you activate the created account. After that, every time you want to shop, you just have to log in by clicking the "Login" button on the homepage, fill in your email address and password.

By registering on the site, the customer accepts the usual terms and conditions of purchase. For the registration to be valid, you must complete all the boxes marked with an asterisk. The prices displayed on the site are in EUR and include VAT.

General conditions for product delivery

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the product, whether or not it is in stock and is displayed on the product page. If the product is not in stock, it will be brought to order, and will be delivered within 5-10 days.

For all product categories, the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

For the products in stock, the delivery will be made according to the Client's option, by Courier or by picking up the products from the company's headquarters. There is an interval of 12-24 hours between the registration of the Order and its taking over by the Courier. Any additional delay will be communicated to the Customer and a new delivery term will be agreed with him, which will not be able to exceed the maximum term provided above.

If the products are unavailable (including if the price or some characteristics of the products have undergone changes subsequent to the confirmation of the Order), www.sport-mag.eu will inform the Customer about the unavailability and the amounts he has paid will be refunded within 14 days.

The customer can confirm the changes regarding the price or the characteristics of the products, thus modifying the initial Order, and www.sport-mag.eu will deliver the products according to the Order thus modified.

When the ordered products are not in stock, the Customer agrees that the Seller will deliver a product with qualities and price equivalent to those requested. If the Customer does not exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 30 days of receiving the products, the costs of returning the products are borne by www.sport-mag.eu.

Order confirmation

All orders placed on the site will receive confirmation within 24 hours. The verification and confirmation of the order will be done by phone or by e-mail. For orders with higher values, please contact us by phone to establish the delivery terms.

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled on the email address [email protected] or at the telephone number provided on the site.

Order delivery

The delivery of the orders will be done by DPD CURIER.

For orders over 200 euros, delivery is free, but for bulky parcels or those that exceed the weight of 30 kg, we reserve the right to add an additional transport fee.

Delivery time

The delivery of the order is made in 5-10 working days, if no other date has been established in advance.

Billing and payments

When a User places an order, the price, the method, but also the payment term are specified in the Order. Also, following the execution of an Order, the Seller will issue to the Customer an invoice for the delivered Products and Services, and the Customer has the obligation to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

Payment can be made in three ways, namely Payment Order (PO), Cash on receipt of the package or online, using a bank card.
