Return conditions

According to GEO no. 34/2014 "The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract".

The returned products must be in the same condition as on receipt, together with all the documents that accompanied them (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.), without defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the customer in correspondence with www.sport-mag.eu). According to the law, the customer is not obliged to return the product in the original packaging. Also, the delivery costs will be borne by the consumer, and the refund of the value of the product will be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product in our warehouse, by bank transfer.

If an order to which a gift product has been offered is returned in full, the customer is obliged to return the gift product in its original condition, undamaged and unsealed.

According to the EU legislation, you can return the products purchased from www.sport-mag.eu within 14 CALENDAR days from their receipt.

According to the entry into force of GEO no. 34/2014, the conditions for returning the products in the 14 calendar days involve completing and sending a withdrawal form, which informs us of your decision to give up the purchase of the product.

The return form is only a model and is not mandatory.

Damage to the products leads to the refusal of the return. The shipping cost for returning the product is borne by the buyer. If the return is due to manufacturing defects or damage during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

According to GEO 34/2014, you will receive your money back within 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal notification. Refunds may be delayed until the package is received or until you send a confirmation of the shipment of the package, taking into account the nearest date.
