What are loyalty points?

Sport-Mag wants to reward your loyalty, that's why we introduced the loyalty points system. These are granted after purchasing a product, and their number depends on the value of the order. A loyalty point is equivalent to 0.01 EURO.

For example, when you buy a product worth 100 EURO, you will get 100 loyalty points, meaning 1 EURO. These can be changed into a 1 EURO coupon that can be used to reduce the cost of the next order.

Where you can view the number of loyalty points? 

The number of points can be viewed from your customer account in the "Loyalty points" section.

How to use loyalty points?

Loyalty points are valid for 1 year and can also be used for discounted products. These apply to the next order, which must be worth at least 100 EURO. All you have to do when placing a new order is to convert the loyalty points accumulated from previous orders into coupons and enter the coupon code in the "voucher" section of the order completion page, then click on the "Apply" button. "

The coupon can only be used once. Several coupons can be used for one order. Canceling the order also means canceling the loyalty points.
