In case of their use without agreement, it is punished according to the legislation in force.

The intellectual property right is understood by the buyer in view of the fact that he has the obligation not to disclose to a third party the information received from the Seller. Also, they cannot be made public in any way, regardless of whether we are talking about publishing them on the internet or in the media.

The name of the site, but also the graphic signs are registered trademarks owned by Sport Brands Distribution SRL, so they cannot be taken over, copied or used, without the written consent of the owner.

Also, they can be used only for the execution of the contract and can be disclosed only with the written consent of the Seller and after obtaining a commitment of confidentiality from the recipient.

The Buyer may not disclose, in any way (public, press release, promotional method or any other method of disclosure to other parties) information regarding the order, without the prior consent of the Seller.

Deadlines and penalties

If the terms of delivery and / or start of the Order cannot be observed, the Seller has the obligation to notify the Buyer regarding the estimated term of completion of the delivery. Also, the Buyer has the right to claim additional damages from the Seller, when permitted by law, if the terms established in the Contract have been totally or partially breached by the Seller.

General conditions for product delivery

Warranties

Product return conditions

The returned products must be in the same condition as on receipt, together with all the documents that accompanied them (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.), without defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the customer in correspondence with www.sport-mag.eu). According to the law, the customer is not obliged to return the product in the original packaging. Also, the delivery costs will be borne by the consumer, and the refund of the value of the product will be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product in our warehouse, by bank transfer.

If an order to which a gift product has been offered is returned in full, the customer is obliged to return the gift product in its original, undamaged and unsealed state.

If the product is returned in a condition that does not allow resale as a new product, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a fee (between 10% and 50%) for returning to the original stage (if possible) or, at the customer's option, we will resend the product, at his expense. Property transfer

If the products are delivered by courier, it is not authorized by the Seller to allow the Buyer to open the packages before signing the delivery, but only after signing the delivery and paying the possible value of the products.

Liability

Major force
