The HMS YB01 65 cm grey aerobic ball has an extremely wide range of applications. It is used both in training athletes and for rehabilitation purposes. The very high effectiveness of the ball exercises is achieved due to the unstable base, which while exercising specific muscles, additionally activates the postural muscles (abdomen, back, side muscles, buttocks) to keep the body and the ball in the desired position.

In practice, this means that, during normal training, not only a specific muscle group is exercised, but also the sense of balance is improved and postural defects are corrected. It is perfect for general training.
