The HMS Premium YM09 Abdominal Mattress is an excellent option for training your abdominal muscles. Its correctly contoured shape allows you to increase your range of motion during exercise.

The foam from which the mattress is made adapts perfectly to the curvature of the spine. It therefore relieves pressure on the lumbar area. Thanks to this, the exercises performed will be as safe as possible and we will not be exposed to injuries. The mattress can be folded or unfolded, thanks to which the upper back finds its support during training.
