The Straight Barbell Sportmann is 180 cm long and has a diameter of 30 mm. The bar has a straight shape with threaded ends and is made of quality nickel-plated iron.

The handles are provided with anti-slip grooves for better stability of the bar in the hands. The length of the loading part is 34.5 cm.

The bar is compatible with 30 mm diameter discs. The Straight Barbell Sportmann 180cm/30mm is suitable for use with bench press or dumbbells. Exercises performed with this barbell develop the muscles of the arms, chest and back.
