The Threaded Dumbbell Bar Sportmann is 40 cm long and 30 mm in diameter. The bar has threaded ends and is made of quality iron.
The handle is provided with anti-slip grooves for a better stability of the bar in the hands. The length of the loading part is 12.7 cm. The bar is compatible with 30 mm diameter weight discs.
