Helcometer bar with handles, high grip textured grips, steel material.
The HMS UW29 helcometer bar with handles is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower pulleys of multifunctional machines. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different upper body muscle groups, starting from small muscle groups such as biceps and triceps, to anterior and lateral shoulder muscles, to broad back muscles.
The length of the bar and the spacing of the handles give you the option of training over a greater or lesser distance between the hands. This leads to an efficient training. The handles are angled and because of this, you can alternately engage different muscle groups just by changing the grip during the exercise. The rubber handles allow for a secure and comfortable grip, which prevents it from slipping out of your hands. The handle is made of steel this allows training with significant weight.
