Sportmann Strong push-up handle plate

By using the Sportmann Strong push-up handle plate, it is possible to train almost the entire upper musculature by changing the angle of the handles. Each colour allows you to train different muscle groups, each group is represented by a colour: Blue-Breast; Red-Humans; Yellow-Back; Green-Triceps. The plate and handles are made of ABS which makes them resistant and gives them a weight limit of 200 kg. The plate folds up and the handles store in it to take up as little space as possible and for easy transport, it has a magnet closure to prevent accidental opening of the plate.
