HMS GCFD450 201 cm/50 mm barbell

The HMS Olympic barbell GCFD450 is made of high quality, durable materials. The HMS bar is known for its optimal strength and flexibility. The set includes the bar and 2 safety pins. The GCFD450 Olympic bar has 8 bearings (4 on each side), which ensure smooth rotation of the discs. The rigid construction eliminates pressure from the cylinder heads, so the bearing can be used longer. Needle bearings have a high load capacity.

The 2 included fuses ensure the stability of the discs on the bar. The fuses are fitted with rubberised guards to prevent damage to the bar or discs during exercise.
